What he doesn’t know about meaty snacks is not worth knowing. A Black Country butcher and local business man for over 40 years. Bob also runs his own wholesale meat business.
Liz, our Production Guru!
A Head Baker for 20 years at a leading high street chain before going on to work for a leading pork crackling manufacturer. Liz has an expert eye to recognize superior quality products, presentations and flavours.
Ben, “Porky Perfectionist”
With a passion for food and great flavours. Over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, with a wealth of industry knowledge, Ben is our Head Honcho! Also a qualified Chef and self-certified Pork Scratching Gastronome. (If there’s such a thing!)
